If you were successful, you could dunk a ball but you wouldn&#039;t be able to shoot, drive, dribble effectively, pass, defend, rebound, etc.  And you&#039;d be doing this so you could look good in warmups before the game and then go sit on the bench ?

I&#039;ve had players just like you.  One guy worked on his dunk after practice for at least 20 mins.  He couldn&#039;t walk and chew gum at the same time during games.  What the hell are your priorities ?&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>Well, this summer I went to an advanced basketball camp, and one day we had a real coach come to our camp. He told us what we need to do to improve our jumps. There are two main exercises that you do: pogo jumps for height and pogo jumps for speed. For height, you try to jump as high as you can ten times. Then for speed, jump as quickly as you can (that doesn&#039;t mean that the jumps have to be high) for thirty seconds. Over time you should be able to jump higher.
